Short breaks available in mid, low and winter seasons at two-thirds of the full-week price.
Last Minute Reductions: a reduction of 10% on any booking made within two weeks of start of holiday and 20% on any booking made within one week of start of holiday.
Reductions for Couples: a reduction of 20% is offered for couples wishing to book a midweek break in mid, low and winter seasons (not to be used in conjunction with last minute reduction).
Upper Barn is normally let Friday to Friday, Lower Barn normally let Saturday to Saturday, but please phone or email to discuss any specific requirements.
Upper Barn short-breaks are normally from Fri to Mon, or Mon to Fri.
Lower Barn short-breaks normally from Sat to Tues or Tues to Sat. Please phone or email to discuss any different requirements.
Last minute bookings: a reduction of 20% on full weeks if made within one week of start of holiday in mid and low seasons.
Heating, electricity and an initial supply of logs are included. Further logs are available locally.
A linen service (beds made up with sheet, pillow cases and duvet cover). In order to keep prices down for smaller parties and those on a budget, we charge separately per bed for the linen service:
£8 per single, £12 per double. Towels (bath and hand towel) can be provided at the
cost of £3.50 per person per week.
A travel cot or child’s folding bed can be provided, but only if requested on the booking form. Please bring your own cot bedding and linen.
Pets welcome: One well-behaved dog is welcome, at the additional charge of £10 per week (occasionally a second dog can be allowed - please ask). However, please note that, as the owners' son is allergic to dogs, dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please bring your own dog basket. Please note that there are cows and sheep in the neighbouring fields, and dogs need to be kept on a lead on our land. We regret that cats are not allowed.

TO BOOK:
1. Telephone 020 8802 6258 to check availability and
make a provisional booking. Provisional bookings will be held for four working
days.
2. Download and complete the booking form and return it with a deposit of 30% of the booking fee to:

Cheques should be made payable to Richard Griffiths. The balance is due at least two months prior to the date of letting. In the case of late bookings, the total fee is payable immediately.
3. On receipt of final payment, final instructions will be sent to you with all other details needed for your stay.
